Ordering Information

Printing Process: Thermography (unless otherwise noted as matte ink color which is flat printed).

Customization of Cards: You may write your own sentiment and signature lines at no additional charge.  Paw prints are available after pet's name if desired.  Just indicate this in the comments section of the order form.

Ink Color: Prices include your choice of Black, Azure, Cherry, Gold, Hunter, Harbor Blue, Lilac, Maroon, Navy, Orchid, Persian Blue, Pink, Plum, Raisin, Raspberry, Sable, Sage, Sapphire, Silver, Smoke, or Teal Ink.  PMS colors are available for an additional $48.

Typestyles: You have your choice of typestyle.  You can use the one shown on your card, or choose another from this list.   Paw prints are available for print after a pet's name.  Just indicate that you wish this in the comments section of the order form.

Return Address: Envelopes can be imprinted with your return address.  See above table for pricing.

Envelopes:  Cards come with standard wallet envelopes.  French Flap, Bavarian and Policy Envelopes are extra (and also require extra postage for mailing).  See above table for pricing.

Envelope Linings:  Available with most cards.  If ordered, envelope lining will be as shown with the sample.  See above table for pricing.

Proofs: Proofs from Checkerboard are available via fax or email for $10.00. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be applied to all orders.  Ground shipping - $12.00; 3 Day - $18.00; 2 Day Air - $22.00; Next Day Air - $35.00.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total

Turnaround Time: 4-5 working days plus shipping time from MA.
