Please note that the quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the photo or digital image submitted.

For photos submitted electronically via e-mail:

please send your photo to: [email protected] with your invoice number and last name in the subject field
note that photos must be a minimum of 150 dpi (photos taken with digital camera, when set on the highest quality setting, will usually suffice).
acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF
please DO NOT crop your photos; we can do it per your specifications submitted on the order form.
we can convert color photos black & white or sepia tones at your request for no additional fee

Proofs:
You are required to order a proof with any photo birth announcement order. The cost of the proof (after our special discount) is $15.00. A digital proof will be sent to your email as soon as it is ready. Additional proofs, if required, due to customer changes or errors may incur additional fees.

Legal Stuff:

Please note that by submitting your order, you represent to us that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that the reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limit to, attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.
