Return Address: Not available.  Envelopes are too small to be mailed anyway.

Proofs: Proofs from Pen At Hand are available via fax or email for $2.70 each. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be applied to all orders.  Typically starting at $8.50 for stationery items. 

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total

Estimated Delivery Time:  From January - mid-October, typically you will have your product within 7-14 days.  During mid-October, November and December, it could take 3-4 weeks to get your product.
