Printing Process: Digital press. All cards are printed on 120# cover weight white cardstock.

Return Address: Envelopes can be imprinted with your return address in your choice of ink color for an extra charge. Please see above for pricing information.

Pre-Ordering Birth Announcements: If you would like to pre-order birth announcements, just fill out the order form and put an "x" in the spots where information is to come (i.e., x pounds, x ounces). We will hold your paperwork until you call us with baby's information. You can even choose both boy and girl ensembles if you don't know what you are having. Just make a note in the comments section that you are pre-ordering boy and/or girl ensemble, etc. Your credit card will not be charged until after the baby is born (unless you are ordering envelopes in advance; then just that portion of your order will be charged when the order is placed).

Envelopes in Advance: We do not recommend envelopes in advance with these announcements because they are highly dependent upon the photo taken. While you might think you want a 5 x7 card now, after baby's born and the photo is taken, you may feel it is better suited for a 5x5 card.

Proofs: Due to the highly customized nature of this product, proofs are required (cards only). First proof is free; additional proofs which are required due to customer error or changes are $5.00 each. If you decide to cancel your order after a proof is generated, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to all orders. Ground shipping charges: $13.00. 3-Day - $20.00 2-Day Air - $25.00. Next-day - $44.00.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total

Turnaround Time: Proofs take 1-2 working days. Once you approve your proof, production time takes 1-3 working days. Packages ship from their plant in Alabama and shipping time will depend upon shipping method chosen and your shipping location.
