Envelope Linings: Click Here to see available Envelope Linings. Card ensembles are shown with suggested envelope linings. If you prefer a different envelope lining than that shown with the card, you will need to contact us.
Return Address: Envelopes can be imprinted with your return address for an extra charge. Please see above for pricing information.
Ribbons and Bows: Click Here to see the Ribbon and Bow selection. You can remove, add or change bows and ribbons on cards. You can also choose the tie-style. Pricing is $1.00 per ribbon.
Pre-Ordering Birth
Announcements: If you would like to pre-order birth announcements,
just fill out the order form and put an "x" in the spots where information is to
come (i.e., x pounds, x ounces). We will hold your paperwork until you
call us with baby's information. You can even choose both boy and
girl ensembles if you don't know what you are having. Just make a note in
the comments section that you are pre-ordering boy and/or girl ensemble, etc.
Your credit card will not be charged (unless you are pre-shipping the envelopes)
until after the baby is born.
Envelopes in Advance: Envelopes may be shipped in advance for
future orders. The cost to pre-ship envelopes is $15.00 which includes
shipping and handling.
Proofs: Proofs from William Arthur are available via fax or email for $15.00.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to all orders. Ground shipping charges: $10.00. 2-Day Air is available for $21.25. Next-Day Air for $26.00.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total
Turnaround Time: William Arthur typically will print your order within 3 working days. Packages ship from their plant in Maine and shipping time will depend upon shipping method chosen and your shipping location.
