Redeeming Certificates: More Than Paper Gift Certificates are redeemable for all items featured on the More Than Paper website except for those items by Birchcraft Studios and Design-her Gals as those items are ordered on our sister websites. Gift Certificates may be redeemed on-line (using the code provided on the gift certificate) or via phone; however, if the gift recipient wishes to purchase items totaling less than the gift certificate amount, they will need to place their order via phone. Any unused balance will remain as a gift certificate to be used at a future date. Unused balances are not available in cash form.

Loss of Certificate: Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable by More Than Paper. We will call your gift recipient after we transmit the gift certificate via email to insure that delivery was successful. After that, it is the gift recipient’s responsibility to keep the gift certificate in a safe place for future use.
