Ordering Information

Printing Process: Thermography (raised) ink.

Ink Colors: Black, Blue, Brown, Fuchsia, Gold, Grey, Hunter, Lilac, Navy, Periwinkle, Pink, Plum, Purple, Red, Rosewood, Sage, Silver, Sky, Taupe, Teal, Wine.  Black is standard in the pricing above; colored ink is $3.25 extra per item ordered (i.e., if you order birth announcements and printed envelopes both in color, these are considered two items so the total added to the order is $6.50)

Extra Lines:  Invitations and Birth Announcement Pricing includes 14 lines of text.  Each additional line is $0.90.

Envelope Linings:  Not available.

Envelopes Colors:  For Announcements/Invitations: White, Party Purple, Sunburst Yellow, Golf Green, Cool Blue, Blazin' Red, Pretty in Pink or Festive Fuchsia.  Colored envelopes are an extra charge.  For all other items: White only.

Return Address: Envelopes can be imprinted with your return address on the back flap for an extra charge (see above table).   Any ink color may be used on a white envelope; black ink only on colored envelopes.  For response cards, printing of your address will be on the front of the envelope.

Pre-Ordering Birth Announcements:  If you would like to pre-order birth announcements, just fill out the order form and put an "x" in the spots where information is to come (i.e., x pounds, x ounces).  We will hold your paperwork until you call us with baby's information.  You can even choose both boy and girl ensembles if you don't know what you are having.  Just make a note in the comments section that you are pre-ordering boy and/or girl ensemble, etc.  Your credit card will not be charged until the baby is born (unless you are ordering envelopes in advance, then we will charge you for this service accordingly).

Envelopes in Advance: Envelopes may be shipped in advance for future orders.  The cost to pre-ship envelopes is $5.00 plus shipping charges.

Proofs: Proofs from Carslon Craft are available via fax or email for $7.50.   If you want to see exactly what the item will look like before being printed, please order a proof.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to all orders.  Approximately $10.00 for this printer.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total

Turnaround Time:  Carlson Craft  typically will print your order within 48 working day hours.   Packages ship from their plant in Minnesota and shipping time will depend upon shipping method chosen and your shipping location.
